Information about out-of-court dispute settlement

Recipients of the Zeropark Platform’s Services in the European Union, including individuals or entities that have submitted notices, addressed by the decisions of Zeropark Platform shall be entitled to select any out-of-court dispute settlement body that has been certified in accordance with Digital Services Act in order to resolve disputes relating to those decisions, including complaints that have not been resolved by means of the internal complaint-handling system.

It means that if you are the Recipient of the Zeropark Platform’s Services in the European Union and you do not agree with the following actions:

decision whether or not to remove or disable access to or restrict visibility of the information;
decision whether or not to suspend or terminate the provision of the service, in whole or in part, to the recipients;
decision whether or not to suspend or terminate the recipients’ account;
decision whether or not to suspend, terminate or otherwise restrict the ability to monetise information provided by the recipients, or;
no decision has been issued regarding your notice;

You are entitled to select any out-of-court dispute settlement body certified by the Digital Services Coordinator in the relevant Member State of the EU to resolve a dispute relating to any such decision.

You also have the option of judicial redress by pursuing your claim with a competent court in a European Member State and you may also have other legal options.
