Zeropark Commerce Media Agentic Optimization Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These MCP Terms and Conditions (“MCP Terms”) govern access to and use of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) early access feature provided by Zeropark. By accessing or using MCP feature, you agree to comply with these MCP Terms. These MCP Terms supplement the standard Zeropark Terms and Conditions available here and prevail in case of any direct conflict related solely to the MCP feature. However, nothing in these MCP Terms shall be interpreted as extending Zeropark’s obligations or liabilities under the standard Zeropark Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
2.1. MCP feature: (Model Context Protocol) integration enabling direct API access to Zeropark supply database for real-time campaign optimization. The feature overview is available here.
2.2. Agentic Optimization: AI-powered agentic processes allowing automated, real-time adjustments to Zeropark campaigns via MCP feature.
2.3. MCP User: any Advertiser with granted access to the MCP feature.
3. Eligibility and access
3.1. Use of the MCP feature is available for free to selected Zeropark Advertisers with verified and approved accounts. You may access the MCP feature solely in connection with your Zeropark advertising account, subject to the technical limitations and access controls provided by Zeropark.
3.2. The Zeropark, at its sole discretion, may exclude Advertisers from accessing the MCP feature based on Advertiser’s previous performance or inactivity.
3.3. Zeropark first collects the group of Advertisers that want to participate in the MCP feature, and then distributes the token MCP access. Access will be granted no later than 30 days after the project enrollment.
3.4. To participate, Advertisers must confirm their interest in accessing the MCP feature, either through their Advertiser Dashboard or by contacting their Account Manager directly. If the Advertiser wishes to reopen a previously closed option to enroll via the Dashboard, they can submit a request to support@zeropark.com. To start using the MCP feature, MCP Users need to generate a new API token in their Zeropark account. Once the token is created, its name must be shared with the Zeropark team to enable MCP access.
3.5. MCP Users are fully responsible for keeping their API tokens secure. API credentials are non-transferable and cannot be shared with unauthorized parties. MCP Users are liable for any actions taken using their API tokens as well as the use of the MCP feature through their account or credentials.
4. Feature Availability
4.1. The MCP Feature is provided “as-is” and “as available”, without warranties and commitment of any kind. It is a non-production, experimental feature offered for evaluation and testing purposes only. It may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice and liability. You acknowledge that you are using the MCP feature at your own risk and discretion.
4.2. Although Zeropark makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service of the MCP feature for as long as the MCP feature is offered, Zeropark is not obliged to ensure uninterrupted access to the MCP feature and provides no guarantee regarding uptime, performance, or data availability.
4.3. The feature allows Agentic Optimization only to campaigns targeting the Commerce Media supply.
4.4. Zeropark does not provide any service level agreement (SLA), technical support, or onboarding assistance in connection with the provision of the MCP feature. The MCP User acknowledges and agrees that use of the MCP feature is undertaken without any obligation on the part of Zeropark to offer implementation guidance, configuration support, or any form of technical assistance.
